In the heart of the landscape, where time passes more quietly and nature whispers stories of ancient days, there is a place with an exceptional history and mission. The area, whose roots go back to the interwar years, once served as a Red Cross shelter and later as a children's sanatorium. We did not choose it by chance - the local microclimate, saturated with the scent of forests and the freshness of the stream, has helped to find strength and recovery here for generations. And it is this essence that we wanted to preserve.
In 2020, we embarked on a revitalization journey that was supposed to connect the past with the future. Our vision was to return the area to its original character, but at the same time open it up to current needs. The first steps led through the demolition of statically damaged buildings and the restoration of neglected outdoor spaces. We expanded the area to include an apple orchard and a forest corner that borders a forest stream, and we built hundreds of meters of fencing that protects the peace of this place.
However, the biggest challenges faced the small house, which once served as the grounds manager and later as a shelter for children's toys. During the reconstruction, we soon discovered that reality exceeded even the most pessimistic estimates. The house had no foundation. Meter by meter, we dug it up, created new foundations, fought with the damaged roof and beams. But thanks to the skill and enthusiasm of local craftsmen, a building emerged from the ruins that today shines with novelty while at the same time breathing history.
We are grateful for every obstacle we have overcome and proud of what we have already achieved. But we know that the story of our campus is not over. New ideas, challenges and transformations await us. We would like this place to remain a vibrant space where people meet, children discover the beauty of nature and everyone finds a piece of peace here.
